About Our Partners
Buying close to home keeps dollars circulating among small businesses, supports local farm families, and strengthens the relationships that make a hometown economy work. It also means better quality and consistency in every burger. While not every ingredient is currently, locally sourced, we are striving toward that goal as we continue to grow alongside our community partners.
We Believe in Quality
A Cut Above
At Nomad Burger Truck, our smash burgers start with locally raised beef because it makes a real difference—both on the plate and in our community. We know exactly where our beef comes from and how it’s raised. Our farm partner, Reserve Run Family Farm, puts real care into the land and the animals, sharing that they “utilize regenerative practices on their farm that benefit their soil, animals, and environment, and that they are very proud of their no-till farming methods with cover crops and rotational grazing to create a thriving environment in their soil for microbes and other soil life. Their cover crops are mechanically crimped and flattened to create a natural mulch that helps conserve water, increase water infiltration, and significantly reduce their herbicide use. They note that rotational grazing keep[s] their animals in the highest quality forages at all times.” For us, partnering with a farm that’s this intentional isn’t just a sourcing choice—it’s how we deliver a better burger while investing back into the people and practices that keep our local community strong.
